By accessing or using SLAB (slab.trade), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time, and your continued use of SLAB after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

SLAB is a market intelligence platform that aggregates and displays pricing data, trends, and analytics for graded trading cards. We collect data from third-party sources including, but not limited to, eBay, Courtyard, and other marketplaces to provide users with price tracking, market indices, portfolio tools, and watchlists.

SLAB is not a marketplace. We do not facilitate, broker, or participate in the buying, selling, or trading of any cards. All transactions occur on third-party platforms and are subject to those platforms' own terms and conditions.

3. Informational Purposes Only

All data, pricing information, analytics, indices, and other content provided on SLAB is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. You should not rely solely on information provided by SLAB when making purchasing, selling, or investment decisions. We strongly recommend conducting your own independent research.

4. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, SLAB makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any pricing data or market information displayed on the platform. Data is aggregated from third-party sources and may contain errors, delays, or inaccuracies. Prices shown may not reflect current market values.

5. User Accounts and Features

Certain features of SLAB, including portfolios and watchlists, may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Some data, such as portfolio and watchlist information, may be stored locally on your device or within your account.

You agree not to: (a) create multiple accounts for abusive purposes; (b) use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from SLAB without prior written consent; (c) attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure; or (d) use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on SLAB, including but not limited to proprietary data aggregations, market indices, analytics, visualisations, design elements, logos, and software, is the property of SLAB or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SLAB and its operators, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to SLAB, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SLAB is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SLAB and its operators, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue SLAB, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We may also modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.

These links are provided for convenience only, and we do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware, USA.
